Here are the two methods, explained. As always, don’t hesitate to get in touch for pristine, pixel perfect WordPress web design.

Duplicate an entire page or post

Log into your website, and on the front end ie. when looking at a page or post, look at the admin bar at the top. Do you see an option to duplicate the page or post?

If not, then go to the dashboard of the website which you can get to by clicking the name of the website in the Admin bar, top left:

Then go to Plugins > Add New

Search for Duplicate Post using the search field, and install, then activate it.

Now you can go to the front end of your website and duplicate any page or post.

You can give it a new title, then modify the content and publish it.

– or, perhaps a better method –

Save a layout element for later re-use

Firstly, create the template:

Go to a page or post which has something you wish to duplicate, and activate the Page Builder.

If you want to reuse the whole page’s layout, then in the Beaver Builder Bar, go to Tools, then Save Template:

A more likely scenario, and the one which you may find more useful is reusing only part of a page or post, such as a Row or preferably a Module.

Click the spanner icon on a Row or Module.
